The company behind Minochiya was established in 1999 to sell tableware and commercial kitchen equipment to the trade. Alongside Japanese and Western commercial tableware, cooking tools and commercial kitchen equipment, it carries tableware imported from abroad, and it will engrave names. It stands about halfway along Kitchen Town Street and opens from 10:00 on Sundays and public holidays as well.

About a 5-minute walk north along Kitchen Town Street from Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, around the middle of the street.
