A place where you cut your own soba and then eat it. The craft of soba-kiri, carried down from the Edo period, is taught in 30 minutes, and what you have cut is boiled and served within five minutes. There are ramen-cutting and wanko soba sessions as well, and a vegan option. The site has an English version. Booking is required, and walk-ins are not taken.

Getting there
About a 6-minute walk north along Kitchen Town Street from Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
Booking is required. The shop does not open on days with no bookings, and it takes neither walk-in sessions nor customers who only want to eat.
