Commercial cooking tools and equipment on a scale that is hard to picture until you are inside: about 10,000 lines and some 50,000 items, over three floors. Consumables at one end, large refrigerators and bulk-cooking plant at the other.
The firm designs kitchens and develops cooking equipment of its own as well. It is open every day except the year-end and New Year holidays, 9:30–17:30.
