The southern of MUSASHI JAPAN’s two shops, selling knives and sake. The range runs from (an all-purpose knife for meat, fish and vegetables), (the Japanese take on a chef’s knife), nakiri (a straight-edged knife for vegetables) and petty knives through to sashimi knives, (a thick knife for breaking down fish), kiritsuke (a slicer with an angled tip) and sujihiki (a long slicer for trimming and portioning meat), in steels from carbon steel and Aogami Super blue carbon steel to stainless steel and Damascus steel.
